Venue is located ~15 min. from the Mount Shasta Downtown area.

Tickets are not refundable, however they are transferrable to another participant.

*Tickets purchased may only be used for the year that they are purchased.

Admissions:

Gates officially open for women attending the event on Thursday at 3pm.

Thursday 3–9pm

Friday 8am – 8pm

G-Fest COVID Policy:

We understand any concerns surrounding COVID regulations. We are following California COVID guidelines in terms of this event as well as limiting the number of participants. Masks are optional for this event and we ask that a COVID liability waiver be signed at Admissions by each participant which releases G-Fest from any responsibility if you contract COVID while at the event. There are hand washing stations around the camp and ample camping space. Much of the event is in well ventilated spaces with disinfection protocols in place.

For women wanting to join in on the G-Fest Activation for one night only – this is for you! Women only 🙂

Parking:

Parking is in designated areas on site. Small RV’s and car-camping are in a reserved section. Parking on site is free for 2 or more people to a car (does not apply to campers, trailers or RVs).  Solo drivers coming in a car or mini van will be charged a $25 parking fee. We encourage carpooling though Solo drivers can purchase a parking pass on-line. Even if you are car camping, you will need to purchase both a camping pass (per person) as well as a parking pass (if applicable). 

Those coming in a camper, trailer or RVs must purchase a $45 parking pass regardless of the amount of people in the vehicle. A camping pass must be purchased in addition by each woman separately. 

 

Off-Site Accommodations:

There is no lodging in the immediate vicinity of the gathering; this is a camping-only event. Please go to our Accommodations page for off-site suggestions.

 

What to bring:

This is a camping event so bring all your own camping gear and accessories. If you come with an RV or decide to Car-Camp, there will be a designated area for you to park and stay. There will be healthy food provided for sale, and actual restroom buildings with showers.

Bring a headlamp/flashlight, water bottle, yoga mat, cushion or chair to sit on by the fire circle, clothing for hot summer weather and a sweater, jacket and warmer clothes for the night, bio-degradable soap, shampoo and additional toiletries.

Castle Lake is located nearby and there is a river on the property, so if you would like to swim, please bring a bathing suit and towel. 

 

PLEASE BRING WARM CLOTHING! While the days are nice and warm, the nights can still drop below 50 degrees.

 

Food and Water:

There is drinking water on-site, please bring your own reusable water bottle.

The Pavilion has a large commercial kitchen where fresh delicious vegan and vegetarian food with gluten free options will be created by Sidra’s Organic Kitchen. A full meal plan (Thurs-Monday) is available for purchase for $135 for both breakfast and dinner along with snack items. There will be a lunch break where you can venture to town for additional food if necessary. You may purchases the full meal plan for $135 on the tickets page

*Kitchen cannot accommodate special dietary restrictions. Food is prepared in a facility that contains these ingredients: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, tree nuts.

 

Security:

We will have our own volunteer security on-site. However, you are still responsible for securing your own camping areas and we cannot be held responsible for any losses in those areas.

 

What Not to Bring:

This is an alcohol and drug free event.

Dogs/Pets: There are no dogs or animals permitted at the event.

FAQs

Will there be men on the property or at the event?

Men will be supporting this event in the very beginning with set-up and parking, as well as maintain security at the end of the driveway. Once the event begins, unless there is an emergency, no men will be present at the event. The men working with the production of G-Fest have all been vetted by the producers and staff. The only man who will be on the premises full time will be Caretaker Chris who manages and lives on the property.

Do I need a camping pass?

Yes. You must purchase a camping pass if you are intending to spend the nights on the property. A camping pass is $75 Thursday – Monday. You may purchase a camping pass on the tickets page

Do I need a parking pass?

If you are carpooling with 2 or more people, parking is free (for a car or mini van). If you are traveling solo in your car, a $25 parking pass must be purchased. Any camper, trailer or RV regardless of the number of people in the vehicle must purchase a $45 parking pass. You can find the different passes on the tickets page

What if I am car camping, do I need both a parking pass and camping pass?

Even if you are car camping, you will need to purchase both a camping pass (per person) as well as a parking pass. If you are carpooling with 2+ people in a car or mini van, then a parking pass is not required, only a camping pass (per person). Campers, Trailers or RVs must purchase both a camping pass (per person) and a parking pass (per vehicle) regardless the amount of people in vehicle. 

Are there showers / toilets?

There are running water showers and toilets on site. The staff will be providing toilet paper. 

Are there bears or other wildlife in the area?

This event is embedded within pristine forested wilderness. While most wildlife tends to avoid human interaction, it is present within the surrounding areas. Please do not leave food in your campsite or sitting out in the open or in your tent. If you have food in your car it must be stored inside a cooler at all times with windows and doors closed or in a bear cannister.

Is there cell reception and wi-fi?

The cell reception is spotty at best depending on your carrier. There is no wi-fi on the property, but you may take a short drive (~15 min) into the town of Mount Shasta if wi-fi is needed. We recommend turning off technology and embracing the freedom. 

How far away is Downtown Mount Shasta?

Downtown is about a 15 min drive from the venue.

Is there work exchange?

Yes. Partial work exchange is available. The work exchange is 8 hours in trade for a $133 General Admission Ticket (Thursday – Monday)  and does not including camping. You may learn more on our Work Exchange page

Are there scholarships?

Yes, a few partial scholarships are available. If interested please email: scholarships@gfest.life and we will get back to you. We ask that you only apply if you cannot participate in the work exchange and face economic hardship. Scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis. 

Are teenagers or children permitted? What is the cost?

Yes, all ages are welcomed at this event. Please note that there is no childcare or kids programs at this time. You are responsible for your children and to have them near you. Unsupervised children are not permitted as this is a retreat. 

Teen Women (ages 12-17) are TBA.

Young Girls (ages 6-11) are TBA.

Ages 5 and under are free (both genders allowed entry). 

Are there Vendors? How do I apply?

We will have a beautiful area for specially selected vendors on site. Vendors with items such as crystals, jewelry, women’s clothing, essential oils, wellness products and other similar items are encouraged to apply. Please visit our vendor page for more details and application.

Do I need to purchase a ticket to the Sunday Sister Soiree if I am attending the full event?

No, the sister soiree is included in the full G-Fest general admission.

Can men attend the Sunday Sister Soiree?

No, this is event is for women only.

 When does the event end?

Our closing ceremony will take place Monday morning. All participants will need to leave premises by 3 pm on Monday, July 24th.
